• Pro Membership: A recurring monthly subscription that provides monthly credits and enhanced access.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
• Credit Bundles: One-time purchases of AI credits.
  • Bundles are non-refundable once purchased.
• Donations: Voluntary contributions to support the project are non-refundable.

8. Virtual Credits Policy

Our platform uses a virtual currency ("Credits") for AI interactions:

• No Cash Value: Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Monthly Credits: Credits granted via Pro Membership expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over.
• Purchased Credits: Credits purchased via bundles do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

9. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services (access to content and AI processing costs):

• All purchases (subscriptions and credit bundles) are final and non-refundable.
• If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support within 7 days.

8. Intellectual Property
